Location: Lyndhurst / Hybrid

Salary: £26,635 – £27,380 per annum with potential progression to above £27,381 and up to £30,372 where the progression criteria are met

Permanent | Part time - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday – full days (29.5 hours per week)

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised HR Administrator to join our busy and varied HR team. No two days are the same in this fast-paced role. Working as part of a team of five, you will provide efficient, accurate and customer-focused HR administration support across the Client.

The role:

  • Creating and managing job adverts
  • Recruitment and interview administration
  • Setting up interviews and recruitment events
  • Drafting employment contracts
  • Maintaining accurate employee records
  • Updating information on the HR and payroll system
  • Raising purchase requisitions
  • Responding to HR enquiries
  • Supporting the wider HR team with a range of administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Highly organised and detail focused
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
  • Confident working to short timescales
  • A strong communicator and team player
  • Comfortable working with employees and managers at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Able to learn new systems quickly

You will need access to a vehicle for business use, as occasional travel to sites across the Forest and attendance at recruitment events will be required.
