Health and Safety Advisor We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to provide specialist advice and guidance across a range of office-based and operational services. The successful candidate will support the development and implementation of health and safety policies, procedures and risk assessments, while ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practice. You will undertake audits, inspections and accident investigations, provide training and advice to managers and staff, and support continuous improvement across the organisation. Key Responsibilities * Provide expert health and safety advice and guidance to managers and staff. * Develop, review and monitor health and safety policies, procedures and risk assessments. * Undertake health and safety audits, inspections and accident investigations. * Monitor compliance with legislation, regulations and best practice. * Coordinate and deliver health and safety training where required. * Produce accident, incident and health and safety reports and recommendations. * Work with managers and contractors to improve health and safety standards. Applicants should have strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practice, with IOSH Tech Membership and a NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent). Excellent communication, organisational and ICT skills are essential, along with a full driving licence
