- Someone with Tenancy Sustainment experience.
- Conduct periodic check‑ins (e.g. 3 and 6 months) with clients who have already been supported to move into Private Rented Sector accommodation.
- Reinforcing client skills learned during initial support.
- Encouraging clients with self‑management of tenancy while remaining accessible.
- Reducing client’s long‑term dependency on services.
- Check-in with landlord/agents to review rent account, tenancy conduct, and wellbeing.
- Early identification of emerging risks of homelessness.
- Prevents recurrence of homelessness.
