Multilingual Data Migration Specialist Fully Remote £20ph Engagement Type: 12-Week Fixed-Term Temporary Contract (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity) Location: Remote (UK & International Applicants Welcome) Pay: £20.00 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours per week) Commitment: Minimum five working days per week, with occasional weekend availability as operationally required. Verify, review, and cleanse customer records in preparation for migration to a new customer management platform. Conduct structured outbound verification calls to UK and international customers and business contacts where additional information requires confirmation. Validate customer contact information, service addresses, business details, account ownership, and other operational records against established verification procedures. Correct, update, and standardise customer data within internal databases and CRM systems. Identify duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated records and resolve discrepancies using approved verification methods. Document verification outcomes accurately and maintain a complete audit trail of all record amendments. Process large volumes of customer records while consistently meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets. Escalate records requiring technical or operational review to the appropriate internal teams. Collaborate with migration coordinators and operational support teams to ensure records are migration-ready within project deadlines. Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance when handling customer and commercial information.
