Location: Harrow (HA3)
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5.15pm (36hrs per week)
Pay: £57.03ph paid weekly via umbrella (inside IR35)
Duration: Ongoing Contract Long Term
Duties:
- To act as the Clients lead officer for Statutory Building Compliance, ensuring all corporate, school, and community assets meet health and safety, fire, and water hygiene regulations.
- To lead the strategic and operational delivery of Facilities Management (FM) services, overseeing a large multi-disciplinary team comprising both technical Hard FM and frontline Soft FM services.
- To provide professional leadership for a hybrid delivery model, managing high-value external contracts alongside significant self-delivered services including Cleaning, Security, and Catering.
- To serve as the primary technical interface for property-related services commissioned by the AD Property & Asset Strategy, ensuring FM delivery aligns with the broader Asset Management Strategy.
- To support the Assistant Director in the development of long-term capital maintenance and life-cycle replacement strategies to ensure the resilience of the corporate estate.
