The predicted salary is between 17 - 22 £ per hour.
You will act as the first point of contact for residents and carers, providing high-quality information, advice, and initial conversations using a strengths-based approach. You will carry out non-complex assessments, act as a Trusted Assessor, recommend Telecare and simple equipment, and develop outcome-focused support plans to promote independence and wellbeing.

- Knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding
- Strong communication and assessment skills
- Good IT skills and experience handling confidential information
