Joiners Required Covering Barnsley
Working Monday to Friday, 8am till 4pm (37hrs per full week). Paying GBP15.89 PAYE (No CIS & No LTD). 3 months, minimum.
Working within social & voids maintenance contract.
Note - Vehicle will be provided for work hours only.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Day to day management of workload within voids, investment and responsive repair work streams.
- Consistently demonstrate high levels of customer service and professionalism whilst undertaking refurbishment works within both tenanted and void properties.
- Ensure that all works are carried out safely and to an excellent quality standard.
- Updating PDA devices with work schedules and other key information as required.
- Ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations, standards, and legal responsibilities relating to repair work and contractor compliance.
- Ensuring the effective and proactive delivery of service.
- Ensuring the maintenance and delivery of any documentation required to agreed standard and timescale.
- Making decisions using specialist experience.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS card.
- Drivers License.
- Level 2 NVQ (or equivalent).
- Must be able to pass a DBS.
