Hours: Choose from either:
- 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (1-hour lunch)
- 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (30-minute lunch)
We are looking for a highly organised Business Services Advisor to join a busy and supportive team in Newbury. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a varied role, supporting the day-to-day running of business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and organisational support to the Business Services team
- Maintain company computer files for customers and suppliers using internal databases
- Carry out document control, including checking daily and monthly reports and completing end-of-month reporting for managers and customers
- Support the coordination of external training
- Assist with organising company events and liaise with external suppliers
- Maintain service checks, contract review records, SDAs and PAT testing results
- Assist with external accreditations
- Maintain internal and external documentation
- Manage business calendars, meetings and appointments
- Support facilities management activities
- Order stationery and office supplies
- Support the maintenance and updating of internal software programmes
- Provide general administrative support
