We are looking for an experienced and highly organised HR Administrator to join our busy and varied HR team. No two days are the same in this fast-paced role. Working as part of a team of five, you will provide efficient, accurate and customer-focused HR administration support across the Client.
The role includes:
- Creating and managing job adverts
- Recruitment and interview administration
- Setting up interviews and recruitment events
- Drafting employment contracts
- Maintaining accurate employee records
- Updating information on the HR and payroll system
- Raising purchase requisitions
- Responding to HR enquiries
- Supporting the wider HR team with a range of administrative duties
Key skills:
- Highly organised and detail focused
- Able to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Confident working to short timescales
- A strong communicator and team player
- Comfortable working with employees and managers at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Able to learn new systems quickly
You will need access to a vehicle for business use, as occasional travel to sites across the Forest and attendance at recruitment events is required.
