Hillingdon Council is seeking a Repairs Complaints and Legal Officer to manage repairs‑related complaints, disrepair cases, FOI requests and resident inquiries. You will perform quality inspections of completed repair works and coordinate with contractors to ensure remedial works are completed promptly.
In this role you will monitor service performance, produce management reports, investigate issues and recommend process improvements while supporting budget monitoring and procurement processes.
