The predicted salary is between 22 - 30 £ per hour.

Location: Rotherham (S66)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm

Pay: £26.03ph paid weekly via umbrella

Duration: Ongoing Contract – Long Term

Duties:

  • Responsible for the day to day operation and full delivery of Hard & Soft FM services across two client sites in Rotherham, identifying improvements and implementing solutions to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Achieving both service level and contractually agreed KPIs at site level and ensuring this does not impact on Contract wide performance.
  • Provide full support to a team of five employees.
  • Key contact for both sites, maintaining strong key stakeholder relationships and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service.
  • Service Partners include - 24/7 Security across each site & cleaning operatives/supervisor.
