Duties:
- Responsible for the day to day operation and full delivery of Hard & Soft FM services across two client sites in Rotherham, identifying improvements and implementing solutions to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Achieving both service level and contractually agreed KPIs at site level and ensuring this does not impact on Contract wide performance.
- Provide full support to a team of five employees.
- Key contact for both sites, maintaining strong key stakeholder relationships and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service.
- Service Partners include - 24/7 Security across each site & cleaning operatives/supervisor.
