Day Rate: £600 per day umbrella
Working: Hybrid - While many governance and engagement meetings are held in person, there is flexibility for remote work, and no fixed days are mandated.
We are seeking an experienced Families First Programme Manager to lead key workstreams within the National Families First Partnership Transformation Programme. You will work alongside the Programme Director and multi-agency partners across Children’s Services, Health, Police, Education and the voluntary sector, supporting the development of a single integrated system for children and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex transformation projects and programme workstreams.
- Develop and monitor project plans, governance, budgets and timescales.
- Lead risk management and manage programme interdependencies.
- Support the development of policies, procedures and a new operating model.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders and multi-agency partners.
- Support delivery against national Families First statutory guidance.
- Work collaboratively across Greater Manchester and the North West.
About You
- Proven programme/project management experience.
- Strong background in children’s services, social care, early help or public sector transformation.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
