Location: Birmingham (B15)
Hours: Monday to Friday 12pm-8pm
Pay: £33,000 - £38,000 + overtime
Duration: Ongoing Contract – Temp to Perm for the right person
Duties:
- Responsible for the delivery of engineering maintenance service in line with contractual obligations, industry best practice and relevant standards and guidance (HTM).
- The role is to ensure planned preventive maintenance, testing, breakdown/reactive maintenance activities on the estate are completed and records maintained.
- Assist in the operational delivery for site activity.
- To undertake any reasonable duties to maintain all services to the NHS client.
- Manage individually assigned work effectively to ensure site performance via use of CAFM systems and other digital based management tools is accurate when reviewed by management.
Person Specification:
- Must be fully qualified electrically (Apprenticeship/City & Guilds/NVQ/Equivalent).
- Must have previous experience in a Building Services/Facilities Maintenance environment.
