Private Rented Sector Officer Location: Braintree, essex Duration: Initial 3-month contract Rate: 33.00 35.00 per hour (umbrella) Working Pattern: 1 2 days required in the offices This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housing professional to play a key role in preventing and relieving homelessness by securing suitable private rented accommodation for households referred through Housing Services. As a Private Rented Sector Officer, you will proactively identify suitable properties, develop strong relationships with landlords and letting agents, and support residents throughout the process of securing and moving into accommodation. Working closely with the PRS Tenancy Sustainment Officer and wider Housing Services team, you will help ensure households are successfully placed into sustainable accommodation and receive the support they need to achieve positive tenancy outcomes.
