Dudley Council is seeking an experienced HR Policy Consultant to support the review, development, and implementation of HR policies and procedures. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure policies are aligned with current employment legislation, organisational objectives, and best practice standards.

This is a 4-month contract opportunity offering a competitive day rate of £350, operating outside IR35. The role follows a hybrid working model, combining remote working with onsite presence at the office as required.
