4Recruitment Services is representing a contract role for a Disabled Facilities Grant Officer based in Hackney East London. You will assess DFG and Minor Adaptation grants from initial assessment through to completion, working with Occupational Therapists, residents and contractors to ensure adaptations are delivered safely and compliantly.
You will carry out property inspections, prepare schedules of work and monitor projects, including means testing and licence processing where required.
