Rate: £24.63 Umbrella per hour (£18.00 PAYE)
We are recruiting for a Commissioning Officer to join the Adult Social Care team on an initial 3-month contract. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement with 2 days per week on-site in Northampton and 3 days remote.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collection, monitoring and analysis of performance-related data
- Producing reports and interpreting complex data sets
- Managing relationships with adult social care providers
- Supporting financial, procurement and legal commissioning activities
- Delivering engagement activities with internal and external stakeholders
- Conducting benchmarking exercises and market research
- Preparing written reports, business cases and proposals in line with commissioning requirements
The successful candidate will have experience within commissioning, adult social care, local government or a related public sector environment. Strong analytical, stakeholder management and reporting skills are essential.
