Attend and take part in regular team meetings and regular reviews with line manager. Provide excellent customer service. Deal with telephone and face-to-face enquiries with internal and external customers/clients of the service. Update Children\’s Services Databases and assist with information validation. Assist with requesting documents from other departments and service areas as required. Undertake word processing as required. Assist in arranging meetings, liaising with business support colleagues across the service regarding required documents and diary management of Social Work colleagues. Perform reception duties when working in an office base. Provide cover for other staff across different teams within the service when required/requested
