Duties

Stat ppm's - fire alarm testing, sprinkler testing, little used outlets, tap temps etc. Mandatory ppms - emergency lighting testing, HVAC ppms (belts & filters) and reactive calls which are varied in nature but generally facility maintenance based in a retail environment.
