Are you a passionate Support Officer looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Support Officer to work in our client’s Supported Housing service based in Carlisle.
Pay Rates: £12.21 - £14.48 per hour umbrella rate
Information about the Role: Please note: This is NOT a care role. This position is approximately 80% administration-based, so strong IT and organisational skills are essential. The role involves supporting vulnerable young people and adults within a supported housing setting, ensuring accurate record-keeping, compliance with safeguarding standards, and contributing to a safe and structured environment.
What you will be doing:
- Completing detailed administrative tasks and maintaining accurate case records
- Supporting residents with tenancy-related matters and general guidance
- Ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
- Working collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies
- Promoting a safe, trauma-informed environment
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- Experience supporting vulnerable people
- Safeguarding Adults & Children (essential)
- Enhanced DBS (Child & Adult Workforce)
- Trauma awareness
- Mental health experience
Ideal Background: This role would particularly suit candidates with experience in:
