We are currently looking for a Caretaker. You will be working in Newcastle. 3 Shift patterns over 3 weeks - 06.00 - 14.00, 10.00 - 18.00, 14.00 - 22.00 Temp Contract - Ongoing Pay rate - £13.76ph paye Job Purpose * Carry out basic maintenance tasks (e.g. minor repairs, painting, fixing fixtures, unblocking drains) * Assist skilled trades (electricians, plumbers, etc.) with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) work * Respond to reactive maintenance issues and faults within the building * Ensure buildings and equipment are kept in safe working condition Recruitment is done in line with safe recruitment practices. 4Recruitment Services is an equal opportunities employer.
