Pay Rates: £14.00 per hour and 0.45 pence per mile per visit.
Information on the Role: Successful Candidates will be working in a FEMALE only service; the staff must speak Urdu, Punjabi, Bengali, Gujarati. We are able to offer full time shifts.
Responsibilities
- Providing personal care duties with dignity and respect.
- Administering medication according to care plans and protocols.
- Assisting with manual handling, using equipment where required, to ensure safety and comfort.
- Promoting customer health and well-being, enabling them to live their life to the fullest.
- Building positive and supportive relationships with our customers and their families.
Experience and suitability
We are looking for individuals who can speak Urdu, Punjabi, Bengali, Gujarati and are naturally compassionate, caring, and patient. We believe in providing the very best care, and to achieve this, we need people who genuinely care for each of our customers as if they were their own family.
We will ensure you receive comprehensive training and ongoing support. We are committed to investing in our Care Assistants to ensure they feel confident and equipped to provide exceptional care.

- Candidates must speak Urdu, Punjabi, Bengali, Gujarati
- FEMALE only service
- Be a team player with a caring, empathetic, flexible and have a resilient, can-do attitude.
- Full and valid UK driving licence.
- Access to a car.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Excellent level of English (written and spoken).
- Availability to work some evenings and alternate weekends.
- Competent administrative and IT skills (to be able to produce reports and other communications).
