Pay Rates: 12.71 - 16.87 per hour Umbrella rate
Information on the role:
- Successful candidates will be offered different shift patterns starting as ad hoc with potential to be added to the rota.
- Successful candidates must be over the age of 18 years old.
- The shifts would be for 08:00 - 15:30, 15:30 - 21:00/22:00 and some 22:00 - 08:00.
What you will be doing:
- You will have to be confident participating in physical tasks such as washing, dressing, bathing and feeding clients, including those with special needs arising from physical or mental deterioration.
- You will need to participate in social duties including talking and motivating clients, helping clients to maintain contact with family and community, assisting with shopping and organising group social activities.
- You will need to assist in the creation of a supportive and homely atmosphere where clients can achieve maximum independence.
- You will be co-operating with domestic staff to best meet the personal needs of the client.
- You will be contributing to the establishment records, including support plans.
- You will be escorting clients outside the establishment as required e.g. to the hospital.
