Blackpool Learning Rooms are looking for a suitably experienced Management Information System/Business Manager to cover Maternity Leave.
Role specific duties and accountabilities:
- Ensuring all data collections processes are efficient and effective from front-line to MIS systems
- Ensuring that data is returned to the funding body accurately and on time
- Ensuring data returns from partners are collated and submitted on time
- Monitoring data processes and procedures
- Liaising with TERMS (MIS system) and Central MIS to ensure that TERMS updates are made on time or other adjustments made as appropriate
- Providing data reports to managers to support funding and management decisions
- Developing further the dashboard system
- Managing the admin team to ensure that there is effective support to managers
- Managing the admin team to ensure that data is inputted accurately and on time
