We are currently looking for a Building Surveyor. You will be working in Southampton (SO14).
Working pattern: Monday - Friday, 09:00am - 16:00pm.
Contract: Temp/Contract - Ongoing.
Pay rate: £29.13ph umbrella.
Responsibilities
- To undertake and coordinate building maintenance projects within the terms of funding agreements / service specifications for Capital Assets.
- To deliver the service within budget and in accordance with prescribed standards and timescales.
- To arrange for the works to be carried out and supervise them in order to ensure compliance with specifications, monitoring the contractors performance and undertaking such inspections as may be necessary.
- To participate in meetings and working groups as requested and undertake any work necessary to implement corporate or directorate initiatives.
- To form effective relationships with Members, Tenants, Leaseholders and their representatives throughout the organisation.
