Blackpool Learning Rooms are looking for a suitably experienced Management Information System/Business Manager to cover Maternity Leave.

Role specific duties and accountabilities:

  • Ensuring all data collections processes are efficient and effective from front-line to MIS systems
  • Ensuring that data is returned to the funding body accurately and on time
  • Ensuring data returns from partners are collated and submitted on time
  • Monitoring data processes and procedures
  • Liaising with TERMS (MIS system) and Central MIS to ensure that TERMS updates are made on time or other adjustments made as appropriate
  • Providing data reports to managers to support funding and management decisions
  • Developing further the dashboard system
  • Managing the admin team to ensure that there is effective support to managers
  • Managing the admin team to ensure that data is inputted accurately and on time
