Location: Basildon & Southend (SS14)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: £40,000 - £42,000 + OT

Duration: Ongoing Contract – Long Term

Notes: Mobile role, van & fuel card provided. Successful applicant will be subject to a DBS check prior to starting.

Duties:

  • PPM's/maintenance and reactive works within courts dealing with HVAC, AHU's, extract system, pumps
  • Reactive works on blocked toilets or doors not shutting

Person Specification:

  • Must have NVQ level 2 or above in Mechanical discipline
