Overall purpose
The successful candidate will be working on our new project, which is redevelopment of a car park, to include EV charge points, high quality public realm and 3 super sculptures – the Three Yorkshire digital roses. The structures are between 15 and 12m high and will be able to do light and audio shows, so will be a key cultural attraction.

We need someone who is experienced in construction project management – managing professional services and contractors, under the NEC 4 contract.

Duties and responsibilities
- Assist with project management, co-ordinating resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure that projects are effectively planned and managed within a formal programme and project management framework.
- Provide advice and guidance in relation to projects, assisting in ensuring that key milestones and information are communicated to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the maintenance of project risk registers and assist in resolving issues to ensure projects are delivered.
