4Recruitment Services are seeking an Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Tenancy Specialist to cover the Morden area.

This role requires extensive experience in ASB and tenancy enforcement, working with Neighbourhood Response Officers to investigate cases and determine appropriate actions.

The post holder will manage tenancy fraud, RTB fraud and anti-social behaviour cases across the region, prepare legal files, and liaise with solicitors and local authorities.
