Pay Rates: £16.35 - £21.23 per hour Umbrella Rate

Information the Role: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Application Support Officer to join a busy and innovative team supporting Social Care and Enterprise Applications within a large and complex organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong application support experience, excellent technical problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of Social Care systems such as Liquidlogic and ContrOCC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support, maintain, and develop Social Care and Enterprise Applications
  • Provide database maintenance and application support
  • Investigate and resolve technical and business issues within SLA targets
  • Work closely with stakeholders, service managers, and third-party suppliers
  • Support system integrations and digital solutions
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation
  • Ensure secure application access and user support
  • Support application lifecycle management and service improvements
  • Work within Agile, ITIL, and Enterprise Architecture frameworks

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience supporting enterprise or social care applications
  • Knowledge of Liquidlogic, ContrOCC, or similar case management systems
  • Strong database maintenance and support experience
  • Experience working in large and complex environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working with Agile and ITIL methodologies

Desirable:

  • Local Government or Public Sector experience
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture tools such as iServer
  • TOGAF or Agile certifications
