Kingston Council in Sutton is seeking a Rent Arrears Recovery Lead Officer on a full-time hybrid basis. You will lead a team of Rent Arrears and Recovery & Enforcement Officers to maximise income collection and minimise arrears across tenancy tenures, while delivering a customer-focused service.
The role is within the Shared Finance Service, Housing Income & Financial Inclusion Team; you will administer, collect and recover Housing Rent for the council. The salary is £29.24 per hour.
