Temporary Homelessness & Prevention Officer for an initial period of at least 3 months.
The successful candidate must have strong experience working with all areas of legislation under Part 7 of the Housing Act, including:
- Assessing homelessness applications
- Conducting customer interviews
- Managing all aspects of statutory decision-making and issuing decisions
The role requires a minimum of two days per week in the Rugby office to cover duty, with the remainder of the week available for hybrid working.
