Role
- Schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance appointments for residents and contractors.
- Allocate jobs to the appropriate operatives and contractors based on availability, location and required skills.
- Manage and update the repairs scheduling system, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Liaise with residents, contractors, operatives and internal teams to arrange and confirm appointments.
