4Recruitment Services Ltd in London is seeking a Disabled Facilities Grant Officer to assess and process DFGs and Minor Adaptations from initial assessment through to completion. You will work closely with Occupational Therapists, residents, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure adaptations are delivered safely, legally and on time.
You will conduct property inspections, prepare schedules of work and specifications, assess grant eligibility and means tests, and support the Council's drive.
