Role
Reporting to the Lead Employee Relations (ER) Manager, you will provide expert advice and support to managers and employees across all aspects of employee relations casework, including complex cases, within a shared services environment.
You will work closely with the Lead ER Manager, Strategic People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Business Partners, and Learning & Culture Partners to ensure the delivery of an effective, consistent, and collaborative People service across the organisation.
Duties
- Dealing with Asset Management providing support to tenants, internal and external colleagues.
- Helping coordinate stock condition surveys/Energy Performance Surveys
- Dealing with enquiries and providing a written/oral response as required
- Undertaking general administration e.g. minute taking, preparing reports, supporting housing analysts, and detailed record keeping.
- Help with user training and facilitate access to databases
- Dealing with tenants/leaseholders daily
Essential Experience
- Applicants should have a background in housing administration and providing technical support to Housing asset management and compliance teams.
- Understand the relationship between capital and revenue budgets within a repairs and capital investment environment.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety relating to technical issues within housing repairs.
