Location:Maldon, CM9 5DL
2 days per week on site, 3 days work from home
The role:
- Support the daytoday management, workflow and prioritisation of Technical Support and Validation Officers
- Act as a point of escalation for complex or sensitive customer and internal enquiries
- Help drive service improvement, consistency and resilience across Development Management processes
- Support staff development, performance management and training
The experience you will bring:
- Strong experience in Development Management and/or Building Control environments
- Confidence managing workflows, priorities and competing demands
- The ability to support and develop others through coaching, guidance and clear communication
- Experience contributing to business or process improvement initiatives
- A customerfocused approach, with the confidence to handle complex or contentious enquiries
