Job Purpose:
- Assess all allocated service requests and respond to all in accordance with latest council, service and legislative policies.
- Conduct investigations to identify a solution in line with the latest council, service and legislative policies.
- Prepare quotes, costings and contracts, demonstrating commercial awareness to ensure the best interests of the council are met.
- Develop all appropriate site, inspection, costing, treatment and contract monitoring plans.
- Conduct contract reviews to ensure continued suitability for purpose, drive continuous improvement and ensure the financial viability of the contract in line with the latest council, service and legislative policies.
- Responsible for ensuring customer contract requirements are met within service and legislative policies and delivered in a positive courteous manner.
- Where necessary, take informal and formal action including the serving of statutory notices, in accordance with approved policy and current legislative framework.
- Keep abreast of local and national developments and provide professional pest control advice to internal and external stakeholders.
