The primary focus is to facilitate and supervise family time between children and their parents or family members, ensuring sessions are safe, child-centred and conducted in line with agreed arrangements.
You will observe interactions, record them accurately, and report concerns. The role includes some direct work with children, home visits, and collaboration with partner agencies.
