PROGRAMME SUPPORT OFFICER
Contract role
Location: Nursling Depot, SO16
Pay: £14.92 per hour
We are looking for a Programme Support Officer to join the Planned Maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator to provide additional contract management support and help ensure the smooth operation of the Repairs contract.
The role will involve:
- Providing administrative and contract management support to the Planned Maintenance team
- Liaising daily with customers, trade staff and managers
- Supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the Repairs contract
- Maintaining accurate records and completing general IT and administrative tasks
- Providing a high standard of customer service
We are looking for someone with:
- Good IT and administration skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- The ability to liaise confidently with customers, tradespeople and managers
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A background in housing maintenance, construction or work planning would be preferred
