Ignite is a two‑year international talent program designed for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who want to accelerate their career across roles, countries, and cultures.
The role begins as a Consultant, working on ERP implementations for construction companies while building a solid consulting foundation.
- Program Structure
- First rotation – 12 months (home country)
- Building consultancy foundation while supporting real customer ERP implementations in the construction industry.
- Second rotation – 6 months (international)
- Independent consulting role abroad: business process analysis, workshop facilitation, ERP configuration and implementation support.
- Third rotation – 6 months (international)
- Broadening experience in another business domain or office, deepening expertise and preparing for a permanent role.
At the end of the program, you will transition to a permanent position that aligns with your strengths and aspirations.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to analyse business processes and support ERP solution implementation.
- Lead workshops, configure ERP solutions, and manage implementation projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across cultures and demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Participate in learning modules, track milestones and receive coaching from senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Recently graduated or about to complete a Master’s or Ph D, preferably in Business Administration, Information Management, IT, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Up to two years of work experience with a strong affinity for IT and the construction industry.
- Fluent in French and/or German and English.
- Clear ambition to work internationally, openness to international rotations and comfort in multicultural environments.
- Eager to learn, open to feedback, and willing to take ownership of personal development.
- Analytical thinker capable of translating ideas into practical solutions; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Based in France, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium or Sweden, and have the right to work in those countries without visa sponsorship.
