As a Support Consultant, you serve as the primary contact for our clients, maintaining professionalism under pressure and providing effective solutions to their inquiries.

Your tasks will include:

  • Customer Facing Support, providing problem solving, training, and support services.
  • Structured preparation, handover and follow‑up of requests that go to 3rd level support.
  • Continuous exchange with consultants, product management and development on recurring requests and optimization ideas.
  • Building trusting customer relationships and proactively communicating about ongoing enquiries.
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing Support for key users as part of the build up to go‑live.
  • Post go‑live Hypercare Support providing hand holding support for end users.

What we expect from you:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience with Business Central in a similar role.
  • Experience with ERP or other software packages.
  • Customer‑oriented and analytical mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic and driven, eager to help solve problems and learn.
  • Team Player with a “can‑do” attitude willing to take on new challenges.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry is a prerequisite.
  • Degree in Business or IT related disciple is desirable.
