My client is a leading FMCG with a top tier culture. They require a Shopper Marketing Manager to develop & manage the delivery & execution of customer marketing plans across all brands/channels & retail customers, on a short term basis.
In this role you will be developing and implementing customer shopper plans by channel and customer that drive trial and repeat. You will be working closely with the marketing and brand teams to align shopper activation with ATL campaigns and category strategy.
You will be capturing and reviewing the execution of ROI on all shopper activity and making recommendations for improvement, as well as developing the core shopper marketing creative with agencies.
You will also be monitoring competitor shopper activation and creating best practice for in store and online campaigns, and developing positive working relationships with the retailer buying and category planning teams.
You will have full management of retail shopper marketing agency relationships for each customer (Dunnhumby, Nectar 360 etc), and be responsible for regularly sharing shopper activation updates & reports on all brands internally.
A key part of this role will be driving the digital agenda through through delivering a structured online activation plan, which is specific to each customer while aligning to wider brand messaging and overall strategy.
Fundamental to this role is experience in FMCG grocery within Shopper Marketing within the FMCG / Food Sector.
