KS2 Teaching Assistant

The successful candidate will support pupils across Key Stage 2, working alongside the class teacher to deliver tailored interventions, provide one-to-one and small group support, and assist with classroom management and preparation of resources. You will play a key role in supporting children with varying learning needs, including those with special educational needs (SEN), helping to promote confidence, engagement and progress. Daily duties will include assisting with literacy and numeracy activities, monitoring pupil progress, providing behavioural support where required, and contributing positively to the wider school environment.
