At 4myschools, we are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Bishops Stortford for a dedicated Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September until Christmas. As a KS1 TA, you will play a key role in supporting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons aligned to the national curriculum, assisting with phonics, early numeracy, and literacy development, working with small groups and on a one-to-one basis, and helping to manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. You may also provide additional support for pupils with special educational needs, adapting resources and approaches to ensure all children can access learning effectively.
