The Role As a SEND Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with a range of special educational needs and disabilities. You will work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, therapists and external professionals to create an inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
