Duties will include supporting planned activities, encouraging communication and social development, assisting with personal care routines where required, observing and responding to childrens individual needs, and promoting positive behaviour in line with each settings policies and values.
Many of the provisions also support children with additional needs, so a calm, patient and adaptable approach is essential.
