Teaching Assistant Job Swaffham Norfolk 4myschools are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join vibrant schools around Swaffham, Norfolk. As a TA your primary focus will be supporting classroom activities and contributing to creating an overall positive and productive learning environment. This placement will be on either a long-term or daily supply basis. Responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant: Assisting the lead teacher with instructional tasks and classroom management. Providing one-on-one and small group support to students. Preparing instructional materials and resources. Monitoring and recording student progress and behaviour. Collaborating with teachers and other staff to implement educational programs and interventions. Assisting with administrative tasks, like grading and maintaining records. Requirements for the Teaching Assistant: GCSE’s or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree in education or related field preferred. Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar educational role is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
