In this role, you will lead your team to deliver outstanding client outcomes while meeting and exceeding renewal and KPI targets. Your focus will be on ensuring campaigns run smoothly, maintaining excellent client relationships, and fostering a collaborative team environment. You will also take ownership of team development, ensuring high standards in training, coaching, and personal progression. Key Responsibilities
