If so, 4Marketing is looking for a Team Manager to join their team. In this role, you will lead your team to deliver outstanding client outcomes while meeting and exceeding renewal and KPI targets. Your focus will be on ensuring campaigns run smoothly, maintaining excellent client relationships, and fostering a collaborative team environment. You will also take ownership of team development, ensuring high standards in training, coaching, and personal progression. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and an ability to drive positive results for both clients and the business. Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a renewal pipeline, ensuring consistent client contact.
