The Role

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are looking to appoint an ambitious and pro‐active Campaign Manager to our team. You will play a key role in client campaigns, making high‐quality calls, managing data and exceeding targets. If you are a driven and results‐oriented individual who enjoys building relationships, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Make high quality telemarketing calls on specific client campaigns.
- Perform basic campaign related admin.
- Build a good relationship with your clients.
- Consistently achieve and surpass KPI and renewal targets set by the business.
- Source and import data, produce samples where required.
- Working closely with colleagues/clients, suggest appropriate new data profiles to target.
- Understand, monitor & take ownership of own KPI performance.
- Suggest opportunities internally to improve KPI and campaign performance.
- Identify areas of your calls needing development and improvement, seek support/guidance/training where required and make positive changes.
- Source and send call recordings.
- Draft call flow and email copy/sequence for internal review, prior to presenting to client.
- Ensure all necessary email campaigns are scheduled after client sign off.
- Regularly review results and effectiveness of email copy/sequence and suggest appropriate changes for improved results.

- Comfortable liaising and building rapport with clients, playing an active role in client calls/briefs, renewal conversations and contacting lapsed clients.
- Good understanding of KPIs.
- Able to support others with basic IT and CRM skills.
- Positive and friendly demeanour.
- High levels of motivation and initiative, able to positively respond to all feedback given, taking ownership and proactive in asking for support.
